JUNIOR RUN CLUB

 

An exciting challenging athletics programme for young athletes aged 10 years plus.

 

Our goal is to offer a youth's fitness training through cardiovascular exercise with the benefits of professional coaching in an outdoor athletic environment.  The programme will enhance the fitness and readiness of children in ALL other individual and team sports through drills and exercises to improve fitness, running form and technique.  Programmes will focus on variable distances around the 400m track with a different emphasis each week.  

 

Runs Mondays 4:45-5:30pm (10-11 years), 5:30-6:15pm (12 years plus).  New 8 week programme to start Monday 28 April through to 23 June, cost $1200.
