BASECAMP

A comprehensive & challenging indoor bike training programme for bike enthusiasts who don't spend enough time on the road and want to build up confidence, increase fitness and improve overall strength and endurance.   Programme designed for novice/intermediate riders who want quality training time in the saddle.  Indoor group bike training sessions are conducted at Basecamp with your own bike on CycleOps trainers.

Indoor Road Bike Training (IRT)

​Basecamp Running Group 

A 7-8 week group road running programme aimed at keen but not competitive runners to complete set goals within a short time frame using various distance and timing/pace setting techniques.
